Higher energy level and more effective weight management.

Sleep solves resolved issues that we have gone through throughout the day.

ii.Touch (Physical need)
The benefits of touch
Overcome injuries, anxiety and depression;
Help cognitive development of children;
Both physical and psychological health, and better sex life.
The importance of touch
We need 4 hugs a day for survival;
We need 8 hugs a day for maintenance;
We need 12 hugs a day for growth.
When we share it (happiness, hug, touch), it grows.
